![]() Descriptive statistics such as pie charts, bar graphs, correlation charts, etc. The software programs that will be used to process and analyze the information are Microsoft Excel and Google Forms. ![]() The surveys will also be checked for missing data, remove incomplete answers, and outliers to ensure accuracy. Finally, the information will be processed and analyzed to provide knowledge. Next, the data will be organized to convert into useful information. Once the survey responses are complete, the data items will be stored, recorded, and classified. The e-payment usage frequency section will ask what e-payment systems they know? Which of them do they use? And lastly, how frequently do they use these systems? ![]() The demographic information will include the different levels of employment that may affiliate with our respondents unemployed, employed, and self-employed. The survey contains ten questions that include demographic information, e-payment usage frequency, and preferences. Our sample population is 150 students/community members. To supplement our primary data, we will use scholarly web research articles to give us more information relating to e-payments. ![]() Online and in-person surveys will be our primary source of data as well as student discussions and CSUSM business owner interviews.
